Question Which size should I use?

You can find our size chart in our webshop by clicking on ‘size info’. If you still feel the need to assist you in picking the right size, we’re happy to help you via our info mailbox. 

Question I’ve been looking for a product but it says ‘out of stock’. Any change it will be still available anytime soon?

Most of our items won’t have restocks but if you contact us on [email protected] we will have a last check to see if we still can find the item that you would like to purchase.

Question What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, visit the ‘My Account’ section, click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and simply follow the ‘Password Reset’ instructions. You will receive an email with a new temporary password.


Question How do I check my order status?

Once an order has been placed, it will take up to 24h to receive a text message to your registered phone number with a unique code. Go to the website of our logistic supplier ( and fill in your code below to track your order.

Question Can I add extra items to orders to an existing order?
AnswerUnfortunately it’s not possible to add an additional item to an existing order.
If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our web shop.


Question Which payment methods can I use to order?

Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Bancontact, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa.

Question Is it safe to use my creditcard at your webshop?

Question When will my order ship?

Almost all orders will be shipped in 2 weekdays of payment. Please note that for invited brands it will take another 2 days before receiving your order.

Question Can I change my shipping details?

Yes that’s possible. Fill in your tracking number in ‘track order’ at our logistic supplier (, and if necessary change the delivery to a different day or place.

Question Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all EU countries. Non-EU countries can contact us on [email protected] to process your order manually & discuss the conditions. 


Question How do I return an item?

You can exchange your item through our online store in 3 easy steps:

1. Complete the return/exchange form on our website by filling in your order ID & e mail address.
2. Prepare the package. You can use the original shipping box or any box that is secure.

Question How long does it take for a refund to go through?

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 15 days from the day we’ve received your return package and form. If for any reason after 30 days you still have not received the refund, please contact your bank. After this, don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance at [email protected]
