Yes that’s possible. Fill in your tracking number in ‘track order’ at our logistic supplier (www.dpd.com), and if necessary change the delivery to a different day or place.

You can exchange your item through our online store in 3 easy steps:
1. Complete the return/exchange form on our website by filling in your order ID & e mail address.
2. Prepare the package. You can use the original shipping box or any box that is secure.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 15 days from the day we’ve received your return package and form.
